On the next screen you will be asked to enter your User Name and Password.

The letters in both your User Name and Password need to be lower case.

Your User Name is your first name and last name (e.g. John Doe’s User Name: johndoe).

Your password is ‘nic’ then the last 5 digits of your social security number (e.g. John Doe’s SSN 123-45-6789, Password: nic56789).

If you changed your password last year, it has been reset to the default stated above.
