| Accelerated Death Benefit |
If you become
terminally ill, are less than age 60, and are not
expected to live more than 12 months, you may request
up to 50% of your life insurance amount up to
$175,000. The minimum Accelerated Death Benefit is
$3,000. A doctor must certify your condition in order
to qualify for this benefit. The death benefit will
be reduced by any benefits paid under this option.
