This link allows you to view Participating Pharmacies through WellPoint Pharmacy Management.  Click on Pharmacies, Pharmacy Finder, then Pharmacy Finder again, then enter your search criteria. 

DENTAL PROVIDERS:

Washington Dental Service

This link allows you to search for a specific dentist or view a list Participating Dentists.  Choose Delta Premier, then enter your search criteria and follow the instructions in this site.  

VISION PROVIDERS:

Vision Service Plan (VSP)

This link allows you to view Participating Vision Service Plan Providers.  You must have your Member ID number ready (usually your Social Security Number or Health Plan Subscriber Number), then enter your personal information and click "Submit".
