Vacation |
The accrual of
1/12 of the annual vacation entitlement will begin on
the first day of the month following hire date.
Annual vacation entitlements are as follows:

1 - 4 Years of Service = 2 weeks

5 - 14 Years of Service = 3 weeks
·
15 + Years of Service = 4 weeks
Accrued
vacation is available for use after completion of 6
months of employment. |

IIB also offers a

the employee's expense. |

Employee
participation is available after completing one year
of employment and 1000+ work hours. The Bank may
contribute additional funds depending on the Bank's
financial position. |

After completion
of one year of service, employees may also participate
in the Flexible Spending Accounts for unreimbursed
medical and dependent (elder) care. |
