Sick Leave The accrual of 3/4 of one day per month will begin on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment.  Maximum = 65 days (90 calendar days)

 

·  40 hrs/wk - 6.00 hrs/mo         ·  32 hrs/wk - 4.80 hrs/mo  

·  38 hrs/wk - 5.70 hrs/mo         ·  30 hrs/wk - 4.50 hrs/mo

·  35 hrs/wk - 5.25 hrs/mo          

Vacation The accrual of 1/12 of the annual vacation entitlement will begin on the first day of the month following hire date.  Annual vacation entitlements are as follows:

 

·  1 - 4    Years of Service = 2 weeks

·  5 - 14  Years of Service = 3 weeks

·  15 +    Years of Service = 4 weeks

 

Accrued vacation is available for use after completion of 6 months of employment.

AFLAC IIB also offers a variety of supplemental insurance options (i.e., cancer policies, etc.) through AFLAC for purchase at the employee's expense.
401K Employee participation is available after completing one year of employment and 1000+ work hours.  The Bank may contribute additional funds depending on the Bank's financial position.
Flexible Spending Accounts After completion of one year of service, employees may also participate in the Flexible Spending Accounts for unreimbursed medical and dependent (elder) care.
